Windward's software products rely on a component normally included in Microsoft Windows, but some early releases of Windows XP do not include it.

To fix this problem simply follow the instructions on this page.

NOTE: This fix should allow you to run the SpeedyPOS Demo on a Win98 machine, however we no longer support Windows 98 and we will not respond to technical inquiries regarding this OS.
